Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Klynix Games Studio ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the mobile game Car Parking (Google Play Package: com.Zylos.CarParking).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Car Parking, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the game.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Klynix Games Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and play Car Parking on a compatible Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game.
• Copy, modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works based on Car Parking.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the game or any APK file to third parties.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright, trademark, or legal notices.

Car Parking offers in-game vehicles, wheel rim selections, custom color palettes, and level unlocks earned through gameplay or by voluntarily viewing rewarded ads:

• No Real Monetary Value: All vehicles, wheels, colors, and progress tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency or traded.
• Device-Local Storage: In-game unlocks and car setups are saved locally on your device via Unity PlayerPrefs. Clearing your device cache or uninstalling the game permanently erases all progress. Klynix Games Studio cannot recover locally lost save data.
• No Microtransactions: The game does not feature real-money in-app purchases.

You agree to use Car Parking responsibly and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Car Parking integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs), specifically Google AdMob and Google UMP.

Third-party advertisements shown within the game are provided by external ad networks. Klynix Games Studio does not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised. Your interaction with third-party advertisers is solely between you and the respective advertiser. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data handling.

All intellectual property rights in and to Car Parking — including but not limited to 3D vehicle models, sound effects, soundtrack, UI graphics, visual shaders, level designs, algorithms, and branding — are the exclusive property of Klynix Games Studio and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Car Parking is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klynix Games Studio disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Klynix Games Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the game.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
